Favicons for Everyone!

My favicon!

Chami.com has put together a nice, EASY-to-use favicon generator. This is much easier than the method I used for this site.

Wikipedia will let you in on what a favicon is, in case you don’t already know. The short of it is that it’s that little image that appears next to your URL in a browser (and several other places, depending on your browser).

If you have your own site/blog, get yourself a favicon – they’re neat (and with Chami’s little app, it couldn’t be easier).

  1. I just used this method for MogensenLand.com, and it worked out great. Quick and painless, as promised.

  2. Yes, their favicon generator is great.

By the way, I’ve also used their free HTML-kit for a while.

  3. The kit looks interesting. I may have to see what it can do.

    Thanks for the tip!
